Auxxit is taking online buying and selling to the next level for the way the next generation thinks, interacts, and buys. Member Development and Partner Success Manager (USA/Virtual)

We are looking for a full time activity minded social media and customer success manager. We are in a partner growth mode and need to make sure that all our partners have the ability to be successful with Auxxit. This position is not a 9 to 5 sit at your desk role, it has some flexibility on how you manage your day and there will be after hours and even weekend work supporting live auctions and events.  Many of the partners are owners of businesses that have similar hours.  This will be working directly with the partners in setting up live virtual events, building out store fronts, increasing daily activity, and expanding on the community in each partner’s rooms.

Traditionally this is a mix of sales and delivery, responsible for establishing and building partner relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty. This will ensure partners are satisfied with Auxxit’s products and services, provide high-level technical support and work to resolve any customer dissatisfactions. This person will often act as the primary point of contact for Auxxit’s customers and connect customers with specific teams to address specific requests.

Required Skills:

A successful partner success manager will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications to perform the required duties, including impeccable customer service skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. This team member should have thorough knowledge of the social media industry and be a credible authority in it. A quality candidate should be proficient with word processing and presentation software. Additionally, quality candidates will have the ability to quickly learn about Auxxit’s products and services to establish themselves as experts in the field.

●             Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention

●             Proficient with applicable software applications

●             Strong written and verbal communication

●             Strong aptitude for technical software products

●             Truly the “can do” track record and attitude.  You will have a lot of autonomy within this role so need to be able to be self-motivated and able to work independently.

●             Experience building out process, recording them and fine tuning them

●             Experience with a family business, start up, or a start up division if a larger project.  We are less than 20 people, so you will get that feel here.

●             Proficient in social media, and not just Instagram or Snapchat.  Someone that knows how to run programs on Facebook, find trends and influencers in reddit, exposure to eBay or Etsy, the whole social media and eCommerce world.

●             Passion, Auxxit assists hobby enthusiasts to have a better way to interact.  We want to see people that would love to have their own room based on a passion that they have.

●             Entrepreneurial drive to create successful products and solutions.

●     Fluent in English and able to work in the USA
 

Preferred Skills:

●             Experience building their own business in the past, couple be anything, this person just took the initiative.

 

●     Experience with life putting yourself through school, unique travel, saving a life, we have people that have done this all and more on our team.

●             Experience smart, the smarter the better there are some really bright people on our team and you will not be underestimated.

●     Ideally a minimum of 2 Coop’s, one with in marketing/communications and the other with in sales, technical support or customer success.
