A prominent Charleston law firm seeks a full-time Director of Marketing with a minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience to support  their personal injury law firm and management team. Viable candidates will have knowledge and experience working in the legal field.  This individual will have a solid knowledge of legal procedures, outstanding communication and negotiation skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Having experience in the personal injury industry is highly desired. 

In this role, your duties will involve:

• Drafting and reviewing media postings and presentations;
• Sending out and track all retainer agreements;
• Reports directly HR and Managing Attorneys;
• Maintain the client and contacts database;
• Train on related mitigation and risk management strategies;
• Other assigned tasks as needed.
