• SC Bar required

• Experienced closing attorney and other real estate matters.
• Real Estate transaction and/or loan closing experience.
• Title review experience.
• Must have the ability to develop relationships and have marketing skills.
• Must enjoy a fast paced work day, be a self-starter, motivated and have the ability to communicate effectively.
• Computer savvy.
