Career Evolutions is searching for a Senior QA Analyst (Automation) for a growing international company in the Phoenix-metro area. Full-Time, Direct-Hire opportunity with compensation up to $85,000 + Benefits.

You will establish testing automation framework, in addition to establishing quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. You will also build robust, maintainable automation framework that will support all of Trapeze’s testing and use Automation Framework to run full product regression.
You will also assist in creating & maintaining all QA documentation such as test cases, defect reports, status reports etc. Test alongside development cycle to increase value and detect defects as early as possible to help foster continuous improvements. Plan phases of the testing life cycle for a variety of projects; assist in sprint planning.
You break down each test case to granular automatable actions and code automation scripts in line with automation methodology and according to specifications. Write automation scripts for product enhancements, defects and new features. Run and monitor automation regression test in agreed timeframe and analyze test results.
Generate reports for management and team members highlighting project timeline risks. And, liaise with product owners, developers and customer support staff to assist in re-creating/resolving problems with software products. You enjoy managing and providing guidance to junior software testers.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS/MIS or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of test script automation
Hands-on experience with ad-hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software
Working technical knowledge of programming languages, including C#
Experience with statistical reporting & analysis and proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics and ability to use SQL for analysis (Plus)
Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures
