Career Evolutions is searching for a Human Resource Business Partner for a fast-growing global technology company in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $130,000 + Bonus.

As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated locations. As a partner of the leadership team, you will be in charge of developing and implementing HR tactics and services to support the growing company. You will maintain an effective level of business literacy about positions, midrange plans and its company culture.
You will act as Business Partner on all aspects of HR/People programs and effectively communicate processes & policies. Coach leaders on implementing strategies to create an accountable and performance driven culture. Provide HR support in the Phoenix office location and other locations across the U.S.
Implement a recruitment strategy to attract & retain local and national talent. And partner with leadership to build a strong and rewarding culture for employees. Deliver strategic HR support to leaders in order to support their business objectives, enhance team performance and increase effectiveness of the business. Lead and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues. Create training programs through performance assessment and career planning activities. Partner with Regional HR Team and Corporate HR functions to identify and share best practices.
Administer HRIS tool as it relates to client group requirements such as recruitment development, compensation and training modules. Work on special regional HR initiatives or projects as required. Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new-hires. Maintain knowledge of current employment law and HR best practices
Requirements & Qualifications
8+ years within an HR Business Partner/HR managerial position
Experience in a high-tech, high-growth environment
Bachelor’s in Business/HR management or equivalent; Master’s degree a plus
Confident leadership skills with multi-cultural environment experience and sensitivity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with outstanding problem-solver with solution-driven attitude
Ability to partner and work in a highly matrixed environment
Strong customer service, detail orientation and organizational skills
Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel and HRIS background
HR certification and being bi-lingual is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, other languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
A strong international and multicultural mindset with up to 25% travel
