As the Director of Client Services, you will lead a team of 30 professionals in the digital marketing agency industry targeting small business owners around the nation. You love to interact with clients and as a player coach you lead by example to build a world class team of professionals celebrating the successes of the team members and clients.
You excel at maintaining client relationships while effectively managing, retaining, and coaching a top talent marketing team. You set clear expectations and guidelines for the team and are excellent at coming up with creative solutions to solve problems. You utilize systems and protocols and are comfortable with report writing and project forecasting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred, and a PMP is a plus.
6-10 years working experience in a digital marketing agency
5 years experience in a leadership / management role leading a team of 20+ people
Prior experience with website development, social media platforms, blogging and e-newsletters is a must
Previous experience working with small business owners or professional service provides in a B2B environment
Knowledge of Basecamp, project methodology, and other major project management tools
