Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Implement and execute marketing campaigns across, social media, website, email, media, collateral, etc.
Collaborate with other departments (specifically Sales) to ensure insights are permeating beyond Marketing. Develop a deep understanding of the customer database allowing for ability to quickly target specific segments
Develop, implement and build a scalable marketing infrastructure to support growth
Lead workflows, database, reporting & analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Manage the technical aspects of current (Hubspot) and future key marketing systems.
Identify and optimize existing marketing automation processes to monitor and uphold data quality within the marketing database
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or Analytics
3-5 years experience in marketing operations or marketing programs, in the B2B space
Hubspot, Marketo and Salesforce experience a plus
Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
High level of proficiency using Hubspot, Marketo and Salesforce
Knowledge of industry email marketing, CAN-SPAM, and best practices
Experience in data mining and predictive modeling methodologies
Strong verbal and written communications, sense of urgency and results-oriented
Must be strategically analytical and operations focused
