Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary: You will play a critical part of the enterprise sales process and be the direct link between field Sales and the global, enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
Qualify leads and kick off our sales process across specific vertical industries
Work with Marketing and the broader sales team to manage and deliver outbound campaigns to drive awareness and build the pipeline
Find and source new strategic contacts within target companies (decision makers and sponsors), organize contact lists and research within CRM
Develop relationships with prospective new customers across multiple functions (Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance)
Manage and grow all contact with your prospective customers while maintaining an accurate record of results and next steps
Convert prospects into sales ready leads by articulating value proposition
Research and uncover new projects across our target markets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s competitive positioning in the marketplace
Work closely with enterprise sales executives and account managers as qualified opportunities develop
Continuously review working practices and look at how we can improve them
Grow your skills and learn how to engage senior supply chain, finance and logistics professional at target companies
Learn how to develop interest and to qualify at the enterprise, global level.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years of Inside Sales experience
Technically adept and experience in promoting software/technical solutions
Target driven with high energy, and proven success exceeding established sales and call targets
Interested and/or experienced in supply chain operations, solutions and their benefits
Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building customer relationships over the phone and via web conferencing
Enjoy working globally and across cultures and ability to adapt to different communication styles
Pro-active & flexible in a team environment as well as being self-motivated to work with minimal of supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and/or Mandarin a plus
