Career Evolutions is searching for a Product Manager for a fast-growing global technology company in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire position with compensation up to $100,000 + Bonus.
Job Title: Product Manager
Job Summary: You will focus on the developing and sale of various solutions for compliance and risk management solutions. You will work on strategic, operational and tactical plans to build out the product and solution practice with various client focused solutions and engage sales teams and customers. You will be a Lead Product person and industry expert working alongside the sales team in understanding the solutions and co-selling with the sales team into existing and new clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that delivery teams and resources deliver services on time and meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
Be the lead product manager in developing specific product, owning both revenue goal and customer satisfaction goal
Assist in developing current product to be more competitive and with better quality and coverage
Provide training and guidance to sales internally and clients when required over the phone or in person
Regularly collaborate with internal clients and management to measure and monitor quality of the products and engagements with customers
Conduct product reviews, assessments, and audits, and implement detailed, pragmatic recommendations on improvements on the product and how we sell the products to our customers
Develop marketing plans and execute on go-to-market strategies
Provide support to internal sales and client services teams with client meetings and conferences
Conduct research, deliver promotional material for marketing and sales teams, write and publish thought leadership articles and whitepapers in areas that support the employee screening business.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Law
5+ years of Product Management experience and a background in legal or compliance
Excellent management skills and experience managing teams cross culturally and also in different countries
Experience in product selling and confident to deal with clients
Analytical minded and able to work independently and under pressure with tight schedule
Ability to work in a highly challenging, fast-paced, and changing environment
