Career Evolutions is looking for a VP of Product Marketing for a marketing company in Phoenix. Full time, direct hire role with pay up to 150k plus bonus.

Job Title: VP of Product Marketing

Job Summary: You will oversee and direct the achievement of sales and margin targets for all products and services across the Firm. You will oversee the implementation of successful product marketing programs for all products.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the creation and implementation of major product categories.
  • Evaluate, publish and measure sales and margin targets for each product in support of overall company objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the development and management of all pricing strategies for the company allowing us to be competitive while maintaining the maximum product gross margins.
  • Effectively facilitate the development of product expertise that includes product knowledge, product demand, pricing direction, vendor direction, roadmaps and price points, bundling opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business plans, marketing plans, sales strategies, and action plans for products.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy, to include product selection and pricing responsibility and ensuring that the costs and product offerings are accurately represented in final marketing materials, electronic and print, so that product margin budgets are met.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; MBA is highly desirable;
  • 7-9 years’ experience in product marketing management in a high-tech or services related industry.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills in teamwork and communication across multiple organizations.
  • Must be able to show a proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and goals.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of pragmatic marketing techniques. Knowledge of structuring product marketing goals and expectations.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel to Asia regularly.
