Job Title: Finance Systems Manager
Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Global Corporate Controller you will manage business performance and processes, improve efficiency and drive growth for the operation.
Responsibilities:
Map core business processes, assess against best practices and ERP standard processes, and collect process feedback from business partners
Identify gaps and develop process improvement ideas
Propose scenarios for target processes and drive decision making
Create revised workflows and map out revised processes in new ERP system environment
Develop roll-out concept, manage training sessions for new process roll-out and support system implementation of key financial controls
Drive operational excellence through definition and measurement of operational KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of experience in a business process management role in an international environment
8+ years of operational and/or consulting experience with proven track record of identifying, driving and implementing operational excellence
Software industry experience a plus
Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
Experience driving operational improvements in the context of the design and implementation of new ERP system
Strong leadership skills and experience managing and building a team
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to adapt to different cultures
