These Core Divisions consist of Structured Cabling systems, Audio Visual systems, Commercial Security systems, Fire Alarm systems, Telephone systems, and Power Supply systems.
A structured cable company in Winston-Salem is hiring for Level II Cable Technicians. Must have basic knowledge of cable/wire pulling, cabling wire closets, etc. The Cable Technician will install various cable that includes but is not limited to: twisted pair cable, coax, CAT-6, CAT-5, single mode fiber optical cable & multi-mode fiber optical cable. Cable installation includes: placement, termination, testing, labeling & documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with Cabling, Terminating, Testing, and Labeling CAT 5/6 Cables
- Experience with installing jacks, speakers, flat panel displays, etc...
Requirements:
- Must own PPE Equipment (to take to job site)
- Must be able to work full time, plus overtime if needed
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
- High School Diploma/GED Required
