Customer Service position is responsible for all incoming customer service inquiries telephone and ticket management system (ServiceNow) supporting buyers, approvers, receiving personnel, and vendors. The Specialist determines the nature of inquiries and escalates or routes as needed to the disbursement desk, vendor master, or AP processors for invoice research. Also this position is a backup to the Vendor Master Specialist as needed.
