One of the leading hospitality companies in the world is looking for a Specialist, Field Marketing Planning and Analysis.
Position: Contract Pay Rate: $36.00 Per hr.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting and Analysis
Ensure automated daily data downloads are accurate and complete; load monthly files as required
Produce monthly and quarterly reports
Perform ongoing QA against the data and reports generated from the application
Assist Field Marketing Team with Campaign setup, Activity creation, etc. to ensure proper reporting
Assist with development of application reports
Conduct Ad Hoc Queries and Analyses as needed
Streamline and improve existing processes
Assist with the development of new reports and metrics
Application Development and Maintenance
Propose/Assist with ongoing development/enhancements to RMPP application
Propose/Assist with ongoing development/enhancements to Field Marketing Reporting
Perform ongoing data entry and system maintenance (e.g. maintain Users, Hotels, Benchmarks, Ad Hoc Groups, Owner Groups, Conversion Tables, RMPP Notifications, etc.)
Identify and troubleshoot issues with application
Training, Communication, and Documentation
Assist with training of Field Marketing Team on RMPP (Training Camp, Meetings, Lead Calls, etc.)
Create and maintain RMPP and FM Documentation (RMPP Manual, etc.)
Create and maintain Training Materials, including Powerpoints and Webinars
Develop Standards and ensure compliance
Communication of enhancements, issues, etc. via RMPP and FM Newsletter
Field Support
Respond to E-Mails and direct queries from FM Managers
Manage RMPP Support E-Mail Box
