The primary purpose of this role is to support the Instructional Design team in creating timely, effective training for ISAC, Integrated Sales & Catering System. This individual will help design and develop content for self-paced modules, virtual instructor-led training, and live instructor-led training. They will also help build certifications and reference guides for all ISAC users. Key Responsibilities • Create and update e-Learning modules using Adobe Captivate • Translate e-Learning content to webinar format • Create/maintain webinar content, as needed • Create/maintain ISAC Help reference material for ISAC • Update PowerPoint decks and facilitator guides for Instructor Led Training as needed
Desired Skills: Technical Skills – experience with Adobe (Connect, Captivate) & MicroSoft Office suite • Experience with designing and developing technical, systems based training • Project Management – Able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines • Comfortable in fast paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Hospitality experience desired, but not required
