Inside Sales Manager – Andover, MA
Thrive in the fast paced start-up environment and make your ideas count.  Company is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and drive new business by proactively prospecting and cold calling to prospective customers, managing the sales process and closing deals to generate new business.
 
Position Objective:
Meet monthly and quarterly direct sales goals by proactively prospecting and cold calling to prospective customers, managing the sales process and closing deals to generate new business

Specific Responsibilities:

•Identify and understand prospect’s business needs and educate client on Company product service offering (including diversity recruitment and OFCCP Job listing compliance solution).
Consult with clients on their needs, develop client specific solutions and submit client proposals. Facilitate the sales process and bring closure.
•Grow and maintain a strong pipeline. Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives). Analyze client data, ROI, buying cycles, recruiting philosophy, target demographics.
•Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com. Reliably forecast business to accurately predict sales attainment.
•Maintain current knowledge of Company products, solution sets, customer applications, and competitive product differences. Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes.

Required Skills and Experience:
•An experienced sales professional with proven success in prospecting, developing leads and closing business
•4+ years of on-line recruitment advertising and services sales experience of which a minimum of 3 years of selling experience over the telephone
•Demonstrated ability to prospect and close sales in a high pressure monthly and quarterly quota centric selling environment with a proven record of successfully meeting/exceeding sales targets
•Strong communication skills, professional attitude; Superior verbal and written communication skills, Comfortable with spending extensive time on the phone daily
Comfortable calling on all levels of an organization
 •Aggressive and goal oriented person with high personal drive, integrity and energy; Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills are critical
•Team player, Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Associate’s degree or relevant experience required
 
Preferred Skills:
•Experience selling into Human Resources.
•Knowledge of OFCCP Regulations.
                                                                                                                                                                                   
Base $60k plus commission
