Recruiter - experienced in hiring corporate recruiting (Contract)

Talent Orchard LLC, a boutique talent acquisition consulting firm has been engaged by a major corporation in the midst of significant restructuring to hire a contract recruiter to support corporate head-office hiring. You will be working on-site under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of a variety of positions. The roles are likely to include traditional corporate infrastructure positions such as HR, Finance, Accounting, Corporate IT etc. and may range from entry-level to management.

The right contract recruiter will be highly motivated and engaging, able to manage an never changing list of requirements through organizational skills and focus. They will need to be a strong sourced and understand the right approach for each search based on the nature of the role and its required skills. You will need to be an accomplished negotiator and be willing to follow policy and procedures established by the Director.

In addition to recruiting, the contractor will be asked to perform some HR duties, expected to be around 20% of the work. This is likely to take the form of administrative activities and reporting.

The initial project  the end of 2015, However it is expected the contract will be renewed for another 12 months, assuming performance is strong and external factors do not interfere.
