Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
 Management and review of monthly tax provision work papers and journal entries for financial reporting purposes

• Management and review of quarterly estimated tax payment work papers and vouchers
• Management and review of annual extension requests for income and withholding tax filings
• Management and review of work papers and income tax returns for various U.S. Federal, state, and local jurisdictions
• Management and review of various U.S. state and local franchise and business tax returns
• Management and review of state use tax returns
• Management and review of U.S. withholding tax vouchers and payments
• Management and review of annual FBAR filings
• Review of tax filings in U.K., Hong Kong, and Israel and coordination with local service providers
• Identification of significant developments in the areas of tax law and income tax accounting, and communication to senior Company management.
• Development of tax compliance and tax accounting positions through research, preparation of memos and position papers, and communication with senior Company management
• Managing correspondence from government tax authorities
• Audit support, including interaction with government tax auditors and management and review of supporting work papers.
