The Corporate Division Recruiter will partner with hiring managers across multiple departments as well as the HR Generalist teams to develop and execute a recruitment strategy that leverages our recruitment functions, tools, process and policies.
The Recruiter will provide end to end recruiting support; source, screen, offer and close candidates for Corporate positions within Accounting/Finance and other functional areas as needed.
A well-defined collaborative approach for a typical work load of 12-17 positions will be utilized.
Knowledge/Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
5-10 years of in-house Accounting/Finance/Audit/Tax recruitment experience with preference given to supporting a high-growth, high-change environment. Prior agency recruitment experience is an asset.
Prior experience with a global consumer brand, media or start up environment is strongly preferred.
Experience executing all stages of the recruitment process including strategy and target development list, identifying, sourcing, screening, interview referencing, closing and follow-up.
Demonstrated success driving successful placement in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Prior success in direct sourcing and recruiting via a variety of methods specific to Accounting/Finance/Audit/Tax professionals
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in various stages of completion.
Strong strategic and creative thinker who can distill recruitment strategy into actionable plans and who may execute on those plans.
Prior experience recruiting for all levels of positions, from entry level to executive level positions, as well as positions across several geographic locations is required.
