Job Seeker

• Manage project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met; create budget and monitor cost against budget; ensure all tools and equipment are properly set-up and are functioning; develop and manage QC plans; communicate project status, costs and all other relevant information to the client; conduct reviews for each completed project.
• Manage contracts for clients and vendors.
• Ensure that worksites, personnel and vendors are in compliance with company and government regulations.
• Monitor and control safety; adhere to environmental policies and procedures.
• Generate and manage documentations: time cards, planning documents, QC documentation, contracts documents, safety reports, cost analysis reports, invoicing, etc.
• Work closely with customers and provide exceptional customer service. 

• Project Management experience in industrial, or construction, or shipping industry
• Resource Management experience: ability to motivate, guide and mentor resources.
• Must possess the following traits:
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Client facing and customer service skills
  • Good presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
• Proficient with MS Suite: MS Word, Excel, etc.
• BS / BA degree in project management or equivalent experience
• PMP / PMI Certification, a plus
