Career Evolutions is looking for a Systems Technician for a global technology company based in Tempe AZ. Full time permanent role with pay of up to $40k DOE.
Job Summary: You will be responsible in providing front line technical support for local and remote employees as well as interpreters within the company's call centers. You will work with both physical hardware and user account management. Routine administrative tasks will be performed under general supervision however occasional independent judgment will be required for certain tasks. You will refer unusual problems to your immediate superior or designated escalation team.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience doing computer and/or network support (ideally with Mac and Windows computers)
Experience in Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Exchange.
Proficiency with operating system functionality, hard drive imaging, network drive mapping, webcam installation, software configurations and user profiles.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively, access the impact of software/hardware issues, diagnose both hardware and software issues.
Knowledge with troubleshooting network connectivity/configurations, remote desktop, VPN clients software, web browsers and network resource access.
Amenable to traveling to different office locations to provide additional support when needed.
