Cloud Security/DR Territory Rep - Atlanta, GA
 
The Account Manager is responsible for selling Company’s Disaster recovery appliance (virtual and physical) by recruiting MSP and VAR partners and crossing selling services to existing partners.  This individual contributor will also engage with end-users for “channel pull through”
 
Responsibilities:  
 
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets utilizing channel partners, inside sales resources and sales engineers
Drive end-user sales through the channel from lead generation to close, including product demonstration
Recruit, new, strategic partners with large-scale revenue opportunities
Grow revenue through existing channel with buddy calls, co-marketing programs, training, etc..
Clearly articulate how Company’s solutions can increase MSP’s and VAR’s revenue and profits.
 
Required Skills & Experience
 
Strong knowledge and experience selling in the disaster recovery, appliance or the backup industry is a must.
A minimum of 5 years (prefer 7+) of above quota sales achievement of intangible business technology services solutions for a startup company
Proven experience selling direct and through channels
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven experience presenting a solution and consultative selling methodology to achieve quantifiable business benefits for partners and end-users
Strong knowledge of Operating Platforms, PC Systems, Windows, MS Office and Salesforce
 
Although this is a “sales” job, the ideal candidate must have strong technical skills as well as they will be doing product demonstrations either face to face or via webinar and should be an individual contributor.
 
Base $80k - $120k and OTE $160k - $240k
