Job Title: Senior Manager - Accounting Services
Pay: Up to $140,000
Financial Consulting & CPA firm is seeking a Senior Manager - Accounting Services to assist corporate clients with Audit Preparation Services, Financial Reporting, SEC Compliance, SOX Consulting, Controllership and CFO Advisory Services. You will manage multiple engagements and teams across a diverse set of clients and industries and build and maintain strong professional relationships with key client decision makers. In addition, you will generate additional engagement opportunities through development of professional relationships with high-level finance and accounting executives in the markets served.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting
Active CPA License (Arizona)
6-9 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a member of the assurance staff for a Big 4 or national accounting firm
Minimum of 2 years as Manager in the Assurance Department
Prior experience with SEC Reporting (Regulation S-X and S-K) and preparation of financial statements of public companies including 10K, 10Q, etc
Hands-on experience with revenue recognition, share based compensation/equity accounting, acquisition accounting, and SOX compliance
Previous experience writing complex technical accounting position papers
Experience with multi-national accounting issues including IFRS, foreign currency issues and consolidations
