Our client is looking for an Informatica ETL Developer to join their team of Consultants. The Consultant can live in any of the MidWest, Southern or East Coast states as long as they are willing to travel to client sites.
Responsibilities:- Implement DW solutions with heavy emphasis on the development lifecycle around Data Integration.
- Using Informatica, develop and complete product deliverables such as design, coding, and testing within deadlines.
- Create detailed design documentations.
- Assist in the validation of designs, code and testing of integrated components.
- Test software components according to Unit Test Plan.
- Troubleshoot production systems as needed.
- Provide DW / ETL administration and support as needed.
Skills:- Hands-on ETL development experience using Informatica - current version.
- Knowledge of DW applications and best practices. Full cycle DW implementation experience.
- Experience working with Teradata (a must) and Netezza (a plus).
- Strong with SQL and Stored Procedures.
- Ability to perform installation/configuration and administration tasks.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills. communicate effectively with the technical and business community.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
