Field Clinical Specialist - Operating Room: Exciting young, privately held Medical Device Company founded upon the extraordinary medical potential of its proprietary tissue characterization technology. Their first product is offering Surgeons the ability to detect cancer in real time, this technology holds promise for a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic applications. This product is being used routinely to deliver real-time assessment on excised tissue in breast cancer surgery. The initial 300-patient randomized study showed a reduction in reoperation rates by 56% over the standard of care.
This company is looking for a clinical RN, Surgical Technologist, or Mammographer with Operating Room experience PLUS Clinical Specialist experience with a Medical / Surgical Company. Experience in Operating room is required; experience with Breast Cancer Surgeons a HUGE PLUS !!!
Position Location and Coverage- Live in northern Orange County, CA
- Covers CA, WA, OR
- 70% overnight travel
- Road Warrior preferred
- First Year Total Compensation: 90k
- Base 70k/yr with 5k/Quarter bonus (20k total bonus)
- $650/mon Car allowance plus GAS
- All travel expenses

*Minimum of 3 years experience as a RN, Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room.
*MUST have Clinical Specialist Industry experience with a Medical or Surgical Company.
*responsible for case coverage, customer education, and training.
*MUST be able to Travel 70%.
*Road Warrior preferred.

*Experience with Women's Health or Breast Cancer is a PLUS !!
*Experience with Breast Cancer Surgeons a HUGE Plus!!
*Would look at a Mammographer with CES experience.
