CE Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an experienced B2B Inside Sales Rep for a client in Tempe, AZ. This is a full time/direct hire position with a salary range of $40k to $45k plus bi-annual bonus potential.
This position is part of a fun, dynamic and high energy Call Center Team. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for meeting performance objectives for Inside Sales Programs to include outbound follow-up calls to customer/client inquiries, cold calling to targeted accounts and generating revenue by closing business on behalf of the assigned client.
Role/Responsibilities:
Cold-calling into assigned accounts.
Account mapping to identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects through accurately entering new customer data and updating changes to existing accounts in the database.
Create and deliver qualified opportunities/closed sales to Client.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other pre-sales activities as applicable.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail to cross-sell and up-sell.
Emphasize product/service features, benefits, and value, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports as applicable.
Professional Requirements:
GED or high school diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
Previous Experience selling / Promoting with Internet Security Products (preferred)
History of good performance, including attendance, and history of strong work ethic
Knowledge of selling principals.
Ability to prospect and close deals in order to achieve established sales quotas.
Experience with telemarketing or telesales.
Solid negotiation skills.
Able to enthusiastically engage the client or prospect, without sounding pushy or overbearing.
Able to close sales within a reasonable and expected time frame.
Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with prospects/customers.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
