We are currently looking to immediately contract NPs (Nurse Practitioners) in your area or nearby counties (Brunswick, Carteret, Cumberland, Edgecomb, Pitt, Randolph, Robeson, Sampson, Surry, Wayne, Yadkin) to do face to face assessments on Medicare Advantage clients. The assessments include a review of the members’ physiological, psychosocial, functional, and environmental needs including a medical history, light physical examination, review of systems, and review and assessment of potential gaps in service. Assessment documentation will be done on paper.  

Qualifications:
  • NP (with valid NC license in good standing)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with an adult or geriatric population
  • Professional liability insurance
Compensation and Flexibility:
  • Each assessment takes about 60~90 minutes
  • Flexible work hours - we’ll work around your schedule and preferred travel distance
