Essential Job Functions:
•Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer.
•Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
•Reviews daily work order priorities with the Maintenance Technician Supervisor at the beginning of each day.
•Performs routine cleaning and daily upkeep tasks of all common areas, vacant units, office, clubhouse, fitness areas and completes in a timely manner while utilizing the Housekeeping Checklist.
•Utilizes cleaning chemicals/products properly and in accordance with department/company guidelines as well as industry standards.
•Maintains a trash-free community by picking up litter and debris on property.
•Monitors the physical conditions of the community and report maintenance issues.
•Responsible for the communicating a supply shortage of all supplies and equipment owned by the property to the Maintenance Technician Supervisor.
•Assists Maintenance Technician Supervisor in maintaining a clean and safe work shop.
•Other duties assigned.
Job Qualifications:
•18 years of age or older
•High School or GED (General Education Diploma) preferred
•Previous cleaning/housekeeping/janitorial experience a plus
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to learn and institute BH and industry standards
•A positive, team-oriented attitude
•Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
