About Aviana Global RecruitingWe are seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage and oversee the day to day ongoing implementation and support of the technical consulting services we provide to a select group of our clients. The successful candidate will be a committed IT professional with the drive and ambition to be great. Our Technical Account Managers are detail oriented and significantly organized to lead individual project teams supporting the IT infrastructures of our clients. They are highly technical as well as great communicators.
Competencies & Skills:- Five years’ experience in IT performing network implementation, maintenance, administration, support, troubleshooting, and problem solving
- Experience managing and prioritizing end-user requests as well as integrating ongoing issues into longer-term strategic and tactical views
- Knowledge and experience with MS-Windows Server, MS-Windows Workstation operating systems as well as MS-Exchange Server and MS-SQL Server
- Knowledge and experience with MS-RDS Server, VMware, Citrix, firewalls, routers, VPN's, etc.
- Highly organized - able to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to work well as part of a team, on your own, and interact well with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage and lead a team of 2 - 3 technical staff ensuring their effectiveness and Quality of Service delivered
- Ability to deal with conflicting demands to prioritize, address, and resolve recurring and onetime issues all while communicating consistently and effectively
