Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong analytical skills. This individual with be supporting the Operations and Finance teams and responsible for TI creation, cube design, TM1 Web, and security configuration.
Duties and Responsibilities:- In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and analysis
Functional knowledge of financial services - Experience with IBM Cognos BI or TM1 tools preferred
- Basic understanding of data warehousing, data structures and SQL
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to others in the team
Competencies & Skills:- Business requirements elicitation and documentation
- Functional design and data modeling
- Business process reengineering
- Independently manage projects and project resources
- Act as a liaison to business users, provide support and training
- Review and testing of all deliverables
- Data validation and analysis
- Production troubleshooting
- Manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of others
