POSITION: Human Resources Manager
Opportunity Overview: A successful candidate will act as the Human Resources Manager leading operations of the Human Resources function related to the corporate office and international affiliates. and supervises the HR team, manages the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs and carries out responsibilities in functional areas such as performance management, benefits, recruitment, safety, record keeping, employee information systems, and employee relations.
POSITION DESCRIPTION & POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Duties would encompass ensuring the successful operation of corporate Human Resources function including recruiting, compensation & performance management, benefits, HRIS/HRMS, leadership coaching and employee relations. Demonstrate previous experience in the effective leadership of Human Resources specialists such as recruiters and Human Resources administrative staff.
Bachelor's/Master's Degree is Human Resources or other applicable areas with professional experience in Human Resources will be considered. Active PHR/SPHR is desirable.
