Source2 is looking for a self-directed, driven individual to join our team as the On-Site Medical (Pharmacy) Recruiter/Account Manager as we continue to expand our business with an exciting new pharmacy & medical device client.
The On-Site Account Manager holds a unique position that thrives on interpersonal relations, critical thinking and stellar communication. At Source2, you will be given the support you need as well as the creative freedom you want.
What you’ll be doing- Identifying and sourcing healthcare professionals through multiple traditional and creative search methods
- Matching qualified candidates to appropriate opportunities according to our client’s staffing needs.
- Compile and prepare job information for reporting purposes
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers with current needs
- Supporting the expected business growth of both individual and company goals
- Ensure that minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly and monthly
- Excellent customer service orientation and strong assessment skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organization with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- 3+ years of prior medical or pharmacy recruiting experience
- High school diploma or GED required
