Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6pm or Monday-Thursday 9-8

Source2 is looking for a Junior Recruiter as we continue to expand our existing business with current accounts and on an exciting opportunity with a new client (a buzzed-about leader in the solar energy industry).
Our recruiters hold a unique position that thrives on interpersonal relations, critical thinking and stellar communication. At Source2, you will be given the support you need as well as the creative freedom you want.
What you’ll be doing- Follow up on active candidates who have applied to our job postings directly
- Cold call candidates that our Sourcing department finds
- Conduct phone screens to discuss candidates’ experience and qualifications
- Send and receive assessments (where applicable)
Requirements- 6 months of prior experience in the recruiting/staffing industry required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service, call center or sales experience is a plus
