We are looking for a sharp and motivated Light Industrial Recruiter to join our corporate team in Winter Park, FL!

What you will be doing:
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for executing all phases of recruitment activities to professionals and exceed client expectations. This includes candidate sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, directing applicants to appropriate hiring managers for direct hire and contract openings.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and sourcing professionals through multiple search methods including but not limited to sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals and networking.
  • Match qualified candidates to appropriate opportunities according to our client’s staffing needs.
  • Comply with expected business growth of both individual and company goals ensuring minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly and monthly as set forth by management.
  • Take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
  • Prioritize and complete a high volume of work
Essential skills
  • Communication – You will be interacting with managers in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
  • Critical Thinking – In this role, you will be expected to identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
  • Email – Strong written correspondence skills are critical to this role, as you will be using email to communicate with managers, candidates and colleagues.
  • Organization – As this is a high volume account, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are musts.
  • Computer skills – You will find yourself navigating some Excel spreadsheets and using different computer programs, so having good experience Microsoft Office and computer programs in general is necessary.
  • Professionalism – As a Junior Utility Recruiter, you will be responsible for day to day interaction with the client so you must be able to communicate effectively and represent yourself professionally.
  • Flexibility – One defining characteristic of the recruitment industry is that things are always changing, so the individual who holds this position must be able to quickly adapt in order to meet our client's need.
  • Administration – On the administrative side, you must be able to generate reports and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required experience
  • 2-5 years of Industrial/Manufacturing recruiting experience required
  • Knowledge of back end searches and ATS systems is a plus
  • Must have strong written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and strong assessment skills required.
  • Must be very well organized, be detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Four year college degree preferred
