Career Evolutions is searching for an Assistant Store Manager/Graphic Designer for a print shop in north Scottsdale, AZ. Part-time position (30 hours/week) with potential to full-time paying up to $15/hour.
Job Title: Assistant Store Manager / Graphic Designer
Job Summary: You’ll lead the day-to-day store operations including greeting customers, providing excellent customer service, enhancing productivity levels and market products to enhance sales and profits. You will work directly with customers to create graphic & production designs including promotional materials such as multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, logos, and business cards. You will be involved in the output, work flow management, and production of orders, and consult with customers on their graphic design needs. You will give assistance on print and digital based projects including the production of artwork packaging, and provide graphic designs for branding/identity, ads (web & print), brochures, and other prints.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working as an Assistant Store Manager
3+ years of hands-on experience working with graphic & product designs
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to effectively translate customer requirements into final products and services
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and strong background with Windows operating systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail
Out-standing multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to change
