Career Evolutions is looking for a Sales Assistant for a fast-growing manufacturing company in north Phoenix, AZ. Full-time position with compensation up to $50,000.
Job Title: Sales Assistant
Job Summary: You will coordinate, oversee, and perform a wide variety of support activities for the sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of quotes and subsequent orders through strong communication and coordination both externally with assigned accounts and internally with other internal functions. You will support the sales team by following up on leads, booking meetings, and maintaining leads through the sales process. You will assist with pre-sales activities and establish processes and disciplines to assist the sales team in the creation of customer deliverables and proposals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-4 years of sales and customer service experience in a technical manufacturing environment
Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, issues, and approaches in the engineering field
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
