Job Title: Software Support Engineer
Job Description: You will be part of the platform team and be responsible for integrating 3rd party systems into high performance transactional processing backend systems, and for supporting web applications integrating into the transactional and reporting systems. You will produce tools to enable all departments to optimize daily work as it relates to digital marketing from campaign account management to asset creation to campaign optimization to account performance reporting.
You will be responsible for problem solving, troubleshooting, documenting, testing, maintenance, and support of web applications and windows services, and be accountable for code and documentation commitments throughout the iteration.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
3+ years of hands-on experience working as a Software Support Engineer
Experience developing with C# and ASP.NET including MVC and/or Web API, and developing web UI’s leveraging modern HTML and JavaScript
Experience using Version Control such as TFS, Subversion, GitHub, etc., and familiarity working with MS SQL
Experience debugging and supporting enterprise class applications
HTML5, CSS 3, JavaScript, AJAX, and Angular (or other HTML/JavaScript MVC framework) preferred
Excellent analytical, problem solving, creative thinking and design skills applicable to multiple products
Thrive in a fast paced environment and ability to deliver high quality results with efficiency and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability work in cross-functional team and independently
