Job Title: PPC Manager

Job Summary: You will lead the Paid Media department into the future as the organization continue to scale and grow this important cornerstone to its digital marketing business. You will be responsible for leading a team of certified pay-per-click specialists including all aspects of people, process and product management while providing best-in-class pay-per-click, search marketing, retargeting product, and customer experience for small and medium sized businesses and agency-level clients nationwide.

You have a proven success in delivering pay-per-click campaign performance at scale, and you will manage project schedules, campaign build queues, campaign optimizations and internal processes to deliver campaign and department/company performance within fulfillment SLA deadlines. Additionally, you will provide new ideas and continuous improvements to the product, department and company.

You will act as the organization’s paid media expert, providing mentorship to the employees on new tools, technologies and best practices, as well as consulting services across departments and customers. You will provide regular reporting to upper-level management and other stakeholders regarding the performance of the department and the product.

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of PPC experience in high volume account/campaign environment
  • 1+ years of management experience and proven ability to function in a dynamic, high volume business
  • Consistent and proven success of high levels of team performance, quality assurance, and book of business growth
  • Very strong organizational skills; attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple projects with lots of details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups at all levels of the organization
