Job Title: Vice President Client Services
Job Description: You will be part of scaling the growth of small-to- midsized business customers while providing world-class client service. You will be part of the Senior Management team, report directly to the General Manager, and work closely with the Interactive Agency Services group, Account Management, and the Client Success Team. You will also partner with other key stakeholders and drivers, and members of the Executive Team.
You will lead a fast-growing team responsible for Direct and Affiliate customers from implementation through renewal and upset, have ownership and accountability for customer retention, own customer issue resolution, and drive employee satisfaction through clear goal-setting and ongoing employee training and support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree is a plus
10+ years of client-service or customer support operations experience with a track record of increasing levels of management and responsibility
Experience working for a company offering digital marketing products and services
Experience managing a team in environment of high volume of transactions and a growing customer base
CRM knowledge and marketing experience a plus
Demonstrated success in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
