YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

You will work directly with various levels of management on a daily basis. Your mission will be to supervise staff processing weekly and semi-monthly payroll for union and salaried employees. 

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 200+ union employees
• Process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 200 salary employees
• Time sheet processing.
• Process/distribute weekly management reports
• Monthly union reporting and reconciliation; manage audits
• Perform job cost transfers.
• Process child support liens and other wage garnishments.
• Process certified and OCIP payroll reporting
• Provide verification of employment/maintain EE files
• Prepare various monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Supervise part time payroll coordinator
• Other assignments as needed
   

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5-7 years previous union construction or project cost environment
• Exposure to processing payroll for 200+ employees
• Union Payroll experience
• Multi-State Payroll Tax Filings Background
