Position: Entry Level Cable Installer
Cable Installer – 6 months to 2 Years of Experience
Source2 and SecurEdge Networks are currently looking for Entry Level Cable Technicians for a 14 week project at Campbell University in Buies Creek NC.
Familiar with pulling cable for network installations. Willing to learn installations of Cat3, Cat5, 5e, Cat6, RG59, and other twisted pair type cables for Voice / Data / Video and Security installations.
Will have basic tools as described further by client.
Requirements- Must have a Valid Driver’s License (MVR Checks will be run)
- Pass a National Background Check that goes back 20 years
- Pass a Drug Test
- Ability to work extended hours (overtime) as needed
- Ability to be regularly scheduled for on-call status if needed
- Position requires daily travel to worksites
- Must be able to work safely following company policy/procedures on safety including properly utilizing required safety equipment
- Employee must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
- Positions normally require inside work however employee may be exposed to outside weather elements
Compensation
$11.00-13.00 p/hr. (depending on experience)
