Career Evolutions is looking for a Project Manager for a nationwide audio video solutions company in North Phoenix Arizona. It’s a full-time position with compensation up to 75K.
Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description: You will be responsible for providing ongoing construction management and monitor all phases of audio and video installation projects. You will pick up and analyze the plan, communicate with construction professionals, installers and managers to find and install the right solution for each facility. You will work with small and large projects and manage customer expectations during the construction process. You will also assist other team members with troubleshooting job problems and assist with the estimating of projects. In addition, you are responsible for quality of all jobs assigned and the direction of the installation labor force.
Responsibilities:
Confirm accuracy of vendor bills when received; coordinate adjustments with Accounts Payable
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by compiling and delivering complete Project Materials to Accounts Receivable
Analyze and track project profitability, revenue, and margins
Manage Project Budget as outlined in Customer Purchase Order

Understand pricing models and billing procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
5-10 years of project management experience in the construction/installation industry
Manage Project Budget as outlined in Customer Purchase Order
Low voltage systems experience (preferably life safety or commercial TV systems)
Construction management process
Communicate in a clear and understanding way to technical resources and non-technical resources alike
Manage multiple projects at one time, revise priorities as appropriate
