Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary: You are a doer with extraordinary communication skills, project management experience, and creativity to develop strategic vision and value propositions for customers. You will work with like-minded subject matter experts using Agile methodologies for quick feedback and active problem solving from all team members. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will discover the business needs of customers and understand how the range of product offerings can grow their businesses.
You will actively ensure that customer communications are the most useful and relevant for the user, and the most strategic for the organization, and develop trusted, win-win business partnerships throughout the logistics supply chain system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Business
5+ years’ experience working in an entrepreneurial environment managing international customer relationships, preferable with large multinational companies
Experience working as a global business leader in the logistics and supply chain industry with a proven track record of achieving ambitious performance goals
Deep understanding of aligning workflow to execute complex initiatives and ensure accountability to customer goals, strong track record of win and capture rates, growing satisfaction indexes, and P&L
Excellent data analysis and data messaging skills, and the ability to turn facts and figures into a meaningful story for the customer
Foreign language skills, preferable Asian languages
Knowledge of Agile – Kanban, Scrum methodologies a plus
Excellent communication skills and experience leading international teams
