Career Evolutions is searching for a Regional Manager for our branch in Stamford, CT. Leadership position with a fun, driven, and entrepreneurial team with targeted compensation of $100,000 + Equity.

Job Title:  Regional Manager
 
Job Summary: As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for starting-up and building out our branch in Stamford and the state of Connecticut. You will be responsible for the successful operations within the branch making it a priority to develop new staff members while exceeding client expectations. You will also develop and maintain brand awareness.
 
You will use your expertise knowledge and assume client service responsibility and recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients. Be able to identify opportunities for further expansion of services amongst current client base. You will build long-lasting relationships with employers identifying their employment needs and establishing preferred skill levels and qualifications of their applicants, as well as interviewing applicants about their experience, education, training and skills. You will interview high level professionals about their experience, education, training and skills.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Masters a plus
  • Demonstrate a track record of practice building and management, and will be an experienced and effective manager of professionals at all levels
  • Have an understanding and the experience or ability to effectively identify, sell and deliver services to business clients and a multitude of industries
  • Proven track record in directly generating and sustaining client relationships, yielding a meaningful level of revenue/margin contribution along with strong technical skills talent acquisition
  • Excellent knowledge of high-level roles in different industries and environments including specific skill requirements
  • Successfully be able to meet and conduct comprehensive in-depth, in-person interviews with candidates
  • High energy, enthusiasm & passion for recruitment with ability to multi-task and meet candidate and client needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent business development and organizational skills and a strong desire to win
