Southeastern Metal Products is looking for a Quality Inspector for their second shift. The position is runnign for 2 months and needs to be filled immediately.
Qualifications- Communicate inspection status and identify deficiencies to the applicable project manager, shop foremen and shop supervisor. Document inspections on a daily basis.
- Verify compliance with quality assurance procedures, codes and customer specifications. Verify material marking requirements.
- Inspect welding and metal fabricated components.
- Must have experience reading blueprints and with the use of hand tools such as calipers, protractors, surface plate and height gauges.
- Must have experience operating and programming CMM machine
- Must have experience using CMM machine to inspect fabricated parts
Compensation
$18.00 p/hr
