Description:
The Sourcer is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and influencing talent for all levels of positions. Develops recruitment strategy for each profile in partnership with the recruitment team and clearly defines sourcing strategies and expectations. Develop candidates to present to Senior Recruiters.
Responsibilities:- Build networks and unique strategies to find qualified passive candidates
- Utilize research and Boolean search techniques to find passive candidates and hard to find skill sets
- Partner with recruiters to generate leads, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process
- Contribute to weekly meetings with recruiters and intake meetings with hiring managers
- Mine job boards and post positions
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of back-end searches and ATS a plus
- Minimum of 6 months of sourcing experience preferred
- Must be fast paced, very well organized and detail-oriented
- Must have strong written communication skills
