Career Evolutions is searching for a Manager of Financial Planning & Reporting for a fast-growing international high-tech company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. Full-time position with annual compensation up to $90,000 + Bonus.

Title: Manager of Financial Planning & Reporting

Job Summary: You will own the Financial Planning & Reporting function, and support the company’s rapid, global growth.  You will provide relevant, accurate and timely financial results, analysis and insights to the business units, senior management and the Board of Directors. You will work closely with the business leaders and the accounting and finance team to optimize costs, you will develop, calculate and report on company metrics, develop and maintain company financial model, and develop annual budget and budget revisions as needed.

You will interface with business owners to develop monthly forecasts and evaluate to ensure reasonable trends, analyze data, communicate results, provide insights, highlighting key issues/focus areas for management and make recommendations, review monthly financial results with business owners with appropriate variance analysis, and ensure costs are appropriately allocated.

Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting, Master’s Degree and CPA a plus
  • 5+ years of Financial Planning & Reporting experience in the high-tech industry
  • Excellent understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement components and financial analysis metrics
  • Previous Financial Modeling experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information
  • Expert level skills in Excel (pivot tables, macros, v-lookup, ad hoc analysis)
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
