Source2, a highly successful outsourcing company located in the heart of Winter Park, FL, is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team for an available Backgrounds/Credentialing Specialist position!
Duties:- Process new hires through the background/credentialing process
- Outsource background checks/drug screens on a case by case basis
- Juggle multiple accounts and keep track of deadlines, records, and client/candidate inquiries
- Keep accurate reports on status of new hires; inputting information into various systems/databases
- Proficiently run counties, MVRs, FBI checks, sanctions on licenses, and credit checks, among others
- Calling schools, references, and/or clerk of courts for follow up on new hire status
- Following and abiding by state regulations on a national scale
- Efficiently monitor education verification status
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 2-3 years of experience in running backgrounds
- Preferred experience working with clients
- Minimum high school diploma/GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
