The Recruiter will be responsible for executing all phases of recruitment activities to hire healthcare professionals and exceed client expectations. This includes candidate sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, directing applicants to appropriate hiring managers for direct hire and contract openings.
Responsibilities:- Identifying and sourcing healthcare professionals through multiple search methods including but not limited to sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals and networking.
- Match qualified candidates to appropriate opportunities according to our client’s healthcare staffing needs.
- Comply with expected business growth of both individual and company goals ensuring minimum productivity activities are met daily, weekly and monthly as set forth by management.
Job Requirements - Minimum of 2-3 years of medical recruiting experience preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology
- Must have strong written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and strong assessment skills required.
- Must be very well organized, be detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
