Career Evolutions on behalf of a client based in Scottsdale is looking for a Mobile Apps Developer who can work onsite in the corporate office in Scottsdale.
Scope of Services: - Mobile applications for Android, iPAD and Windows mobile devices. - Requirements, design and standards documentation. - Test plans and results. - Develop mobile applications in various technologies (see experience required). - Provide technical expertise in mobile application development to technical team. - Collect mobile app requirements and demonstrate developed mobile apps. - Review and contribute to mobile app standards. - Provide full user support for agency’s standard application software in order to meet user/agency needs. - Conduct training in order to develop agency personnel skills in the operations and capabilities of applications and systems. - Implement system security measures such as access control and system accounting in order to maintain system integrity and availability.
Experience Required: - Minimum of 4 to 7 years experience developing mobile apps. - Languages: XTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Java, (Objective-C for iOS is a plus). - Frameworks: Oracle ADF, Java Android SDK, Windows Mobile, Eclipse, Xcode, (GIS ESRI Android Mobile SDK and Cordova Apache ASF /MDF are a plus). - Highly recommended that developer has developed and can demo mobile apps that he/she has developed on either on Google Play (Android) or iTunes (iOS).
